Abstract

The method used is a descriptive method with the type of research in the form of case
studies. The research was conducted through a survey, by interviewing company leaders with the
aim to determine the environmental conditions of External factors and Internal factors. From the
results of the research, the company has an opportunity despite various threats. Based on the
analysis that has been carried out by the company is a diversification strategy. This strategy can be
implemented using force to overcome threats.
